Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
• We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• Domestic (Malaysia): Estimated delivery 2–5 business days.
• International: Estimated delivery 7–21 business days depending on location and courier.

Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

Customs & Import Taxes

• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Lost / Delayed Parcels

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier or customs clearance.
• For lost parcels, we will assist with courier claims, but cannot guarantee refunds once the item has been shipped.
